APLUS Group’s core businesses are: "shopping credit" such as credit for automobiles, household furnishings, etc; "card operations" for credit cards; and "consumer credit" providing total financial services for individual customers.

Focusing on these areas, APLUS Group works to provide a "solution business" that meets the various needs of customers.

APLUS Group reached its 50th Anniversary milestone on October 6, 2006. APLUS employed the operating holding company system on April 1, 2010.
