Caution: Fake mails alleging to come from a representative of APLUS FINANCIAL Co., Ltd. (“APLUS FINANCIAL”), and requesting the claim collection services

We have learned that fake emails alleging to come from a representative of APLUS FINANCIAL and containing a message requesting services of collection of claims held by APLUS FINANCIAL in Europe have been delivered to overseas claim collection service companies etc., since around the end of September 2010.

We have also learned, as a characteristic of this matter, certain acts trying to execute a claim collection services agreement with claim collection services companies etc., having responded to these fake emails.

APLUS FINANCIAL does NOT send any email described above. Accordingly, please note that these emails do not come from, and are of no relevance to, APLUS FINANCIAL or its representative.
